Lease Specials – Free wine collection transfer. As a special thank you to new customers, we’ll pick-up your wine collection in our refrigerated van and transfer it to your locker free of charge. Just sign a lease for a 24 case locker or larger, and we’ll handle your wine transfer from anywhere in the DFW Metroplex – whether from your home, office or another storage facility. Take advantage of this great program today!
Referral Program – For each new client that you refer to Classic Wine Storage & Services, you’ll receive a credit equal to one month of the new client’s lease.
Storage Locker Rates – All locker leases are based on a 12-month contract. If you need temporary or month-to-month storage, please call or email us for rates. We have a variety of locker sizes and rates to meet your specific needs.
Our case storage capacity is based on standard cardboard size cases. Wooden boxes or carrier shipping cartons are larger and may reduce locker capacity. Call or email us with the number and type of cases you need to store and we will get back to you with the most cost-effective solution for your collection.

Pickup and Delivery – The following rates apply for all pickup and deliveries:
- $22 per pickup or delivery within the DFW Metroplex (up to 3 cases of wine per trip). Standard hours are between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. 24-hour advance notice is required.
- A 20% surcharge will apply for pickup or delivery outside of standard hours or for less than 24-hour notice.
- Wine pick up or delivery outside the DFW Metroplex is available; call or email us for rates.
Pulling Services
- Classic charges an $8 per case pulling service; the client must designate which case the wine is stored and authorize us to access the locker.
Inventory Management
There are many options to managing your cellar inventory. From a simple one-time inventory, to state-of-the-art barcode scanners, Classic can help. We can even manage your wine collection at home. Please contact us for additional information and rates.
Stocking – For case storage clients, we can transfer wine to our client’s locker free of charge. A charge of $5 per case will apply for transferring wine to racked storage, with a minimum charge of $5 per delivery.
Moving Services – For moves within the DFW Metroplex, Classic Wine Storage & Services can customize a moving package based on the size of the collection and packing materials needed. We can even provide temporary storage if needed. For out of town or out of state moves, we can coordinate with shippers to ensure that the moving process is seamless and conducted under the strictest quality standards.
